We understand starting something new can raise questions. Whether you're unsure about training, nutrition, or how we work, we’re here to help. These FAQs are designed to give you clear answers, ease any worries, and help you feel confident taking your first step with us.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No – many of our members are complete beginners. You’ll be coached and supported from day one, with everything adapted to suit your level.

What if I’ve got an injury or issue?

That’s not a problem. Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and limitations, so you can still train safely and effectively.

Will I actually get results?

Yes – if you follow the programme, you’ll see and feel results quickly. We’ve helped hundreds of people transform their strength, health and confidence.

What if I’ve failed before?

You’re not alone. Many of our clients tried other things first. Fortitude is different because you get a full system, structure, and personal support.

Is this suitable for busy people?

Absolutely. Sessions are 45 minutes and everything is designed to fit around work, kids and other commitments – without adding stress.

Will I feel out of place?

Not here. We pride ourselves on creating a space where everyone belongs. No egos. No judgement. Just people supporting each other.

Is nutrition included in the programme?

Yes – you’ll receive a customised nutrition plan based on your goals and lifestyle. We make it simple, flexible and easy to follow.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You’ll have the option to continue with us through a membership, or take what you’ve learned and continue independently. Either way, you’ll feel confident.
